Insurance Accepted
Kali McDonald, LMFT-S, LPC is credentialed with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Health Care. Superbills provided upon request.
Jordan Lewis, LMFT-Associate is able to accept Aetna and is pending ability to accept Cigna. Cash pay rates also available.
Fees
Intake Session 60 minutes:
$145 for Associate Clinicians; $175 for Fully Licensed
Follow Up Sessions 50-60 minute (individual, couple & family):
$120 for Associate Clinicians; $135 for Fully Licensed

- Headway: used for billing, insurance, and copays.
